Office 365 Password Self-Reset

Setting up Office 365 Contact Information
If you set up contact information in Office 365 by following the instructions on this page then you will be able to reset your password by clicking on the Cant Access Your Account link on the Office 365 page.

Changing Your Password

There are two options to self-reset a password that is about to expire. 

First  - stop at a Lakeland campus and log in to a lab computer with your old password. Press Control+Alt+Delete and click on Change Password.

Second  - browse to  and log in with your old password. It should prompt you to change your password. Click  here  for step by step instructions.

Remember  - all passwords need to be “complex”. That means you will need to make it at least 8 characters long, use 3 of the 4 character types (upper case {ABC} lower case{abc}, numbers{123}, or symbols{!@#}) If you type an invalid character it will alert you. You will also NOT be able to re-use any of your last 4 passwords.

If none of these options work for you, or you've forgotten your old password, you will need to stop in to the IT department on the Main Campus at the Brotz building or call the helpdesk at 920-565-1143 to provide some identifying information.  For security reasons, we cannot reset passwords via e-mail requests.
