Lakeland College is excited to announce the creation of a Parent Association starting in 2015! Research has shown an increase in retention rates for students whose parents are actively involved in their education. We are looking for parents to join the Parent Association who share the mission of the Student Success & Engagement Office — Stay in School, Get Good Grades and Graduate! Information regarding membership fees, rewards and the executive board are provided below. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Parent Association, please contact Lisa Stephan .

It’s that time of year again to complete financial aid!  Did you know that your students' financial aid counselor is Brittney Mauk?  Brittney’s contact information is or 920-565-1032 x2377.  She welcomes any and all questions regarding the financial aid process. 

Here are some dates to keep in mind:

  • March 1, 2016 – LC Financial Aid Application
  • March 15, 2016 – FAFSA priority date

To help guide your student through the financial aid process, Brittney and her colleagues will be holding Jumpstart Sessions on the following dates:

  • February 18th 10-2 pm
  • March 1st 10-2 pm
  • March 14th 3-6 pm
  • March 15th 10-2 pm

We encourage your student to attend one of these sessions located in the Campus Center.

Lakeland College requires all full-time students to have health insurance coverage. Students may meet this college requirement by providing evidence of insurance and executing the health insurance waiver form or purchasing coverage from the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges & Universities (WAICU)  plan through Lakeland College. The health insurance waiver form and costs and information on WAICU plans are available on the Health Services page .
